ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner

ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner is a high-performance paving cleaner designed to restore dirty and weathered patios, driveways and other outdoor hard surfaces.

Its intensive cleaning action helps remove ground-in dirt, grime and organic detritus, as well as stains caused by oil, grease and tannins from fallen leaves. It can also help remove rubber sole marks, making it a versatile solution for both routine maintenance and deeper cleaning of heavily used outdoor areas.

Suitable for a wide variety of paving materials, ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner can be used on porcelain, sandstone, limestone, slate, granite, brick, terracotta and concrete paving. Directions For Use

Important: Test on an inconspicuous area before general application. Mask and protect painted surfaces, untreated wood, and other sensitive areas. Any alkalinity/product remaining on surfaces should be rinsed off. This may be done with clean water.

Shake well before use.

• In mild cases and on absorbent tiles: Dilute 1:10 parts warm water. Apply with light pressure sprayer or scrubbing brush. Agitate the surface using a deck brush or scrubbing brush. Rinse by hosing off thoroughly with clean water.
• In more severe cases: Dilute 1:3 parts warm water. Apply liberally using a light pressure sprayer or spreading over surface with a deck brush. Leave for 5-10 minutes and then agitate the surface using a deck brush or scrubbing brush. Rinse by hosing off thoroughly with clean water.
• In extremely severe cases: Apply undiluted, add a little water, and agitate with scrubbing brush or deck brush. Leave for 10- 15 minutes and then agitate the surface using a scrubbing brush or deck brush. Rinse by hosing off thoroughly with clean water.

In all cases on larger areas mechanical scrubbers can also be used. Do not use when surface temperatures are under 5°C or over 25°C.

• In mild cases – approximately 50 m2

Storage Information

Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment in closed container. Shelf life up to 5 years. Once opened use within 6 months of purchase for optimum results.

Notes

Cleaned patios that have been previously sealed should be re-sealed after using this product. This should be done after rinsing with plenty of clean water and once surfaces have had sufficient time to thoroughly dry (min 24hrs).

Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container to hazardous or special waste collection point, in accordance with local, regional, national and/or international regulation.
