Redwing Returns & Refund Policy

At Redwing, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, our Returns & Refund Policy is here to assist you.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • In resalable condition

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at admin@redwingengineering.ie to notify us of your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged. Include the RA number, your name, and the original receipt or proof of purchase within the package.
  4. Shipping: Send the item to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your item is defective or damaged, we will arrange full credit or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For faulty items, we can also provide a full refund upon request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company: Processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank: There may be a delay before a refund is posted.
