LTP MPG H2O

LTP MPG H2O is a water based Impregnating Sealer suitable for Interior & exterior use.

For all types of polished marble, polished porcelain, polished granite and encaustic. Natural finish water based impregnating sealer. Provides minimal change to the original appearance. Helps protect against staining. Strongly repels water, oil and grease.

Directions for Use:

Preparation: Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry and free from factory nano-wax, dirt, grime, cement and grout. Clean and scrub surfaces thoroughly prior to application using LTP Power Stripper diluted 1:4 with water and scrub surface with a white nylon scrubber. Rinse well to remove residues and leave to dry.

Application: Shake bottle before use. Apply liberally and evenly using a sealant applicator, lint free cloth, lamb’s wool applicator or sponge. Leave surfaces to dry. Remove any residual sealer if still visible after one hour by rubbing with a micro fibre cloth or buffing machine. On vertical surfaces
apply from the bottom up.

Aftercare:

Routinely sweep and wash the floor. Clean walls, floors and work surfaces with LTP Waxwash or LTP Stonewash for stone surfaces or LTP Porcelain Floor Tile Cleaner for porcelain.

Storage Information:

• Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
• Shelf Life – Up to 2 years for un-opened containers.

TIPS: Environmentally safe water based impregnating sealer. Clean brushes with water.
