LTP Stoneseal

LTP Stoneseal forms a colourless barrier and helps to protect porous stone surfaces from water, dirt, oil, grease, soot and lime scale, making treated surfaces easier to keep clean. Protection for polished and unpolished natural and artificial stone including limestone, marble, travertine, slate, sandstone, quartz, terrazzo, basalt, concrete and all other types of masonry surface. Directions for Use:

Always use a mask. Use in well ventilated areas.

Preparation: Areas to be treated must be cleaned. Older contaminated and dirty stone surfaces should be cleaned with LTP Stoneclean intensive foaming cleaner and then rinsed thoroughly.

Newly installed surfaces should be clean and free from dust before application.

Rough cut, tumbled, textured or riven surfaces: Shake can well. Hold can 15-20 cm from the surface and spray in a sweeping motion. Touch dry within 5 minutes. Test area 30 minutes after application with a little water. If the water is absorbed, a second or even third coat may be required to obtain maximum performance. A 2-3 hour curing time is recommended upon completion before allowing traffic.

Honed, smooth and polished surfaces: Shake can well. Hold can 15 to 20cm from the surface and spray in a sweeping motion. Leave for up to 5 minutes and then remove visible excess with an absorbent cloth. Finish after removal of excess by buffing with soft lint free cloth or machine with buffing pad. Do not allow residues to dry on the surface.

Aftercare:

Do not use harsh cleaning agents. Clean treated areas with LTP Stonecare maintenance cleaner. It may be necessary to use a stronger cleaner to remove stubborn marks, in which case use LTP Stoneclean intensive foaming stone cleaner and then reseal.

Storage Information:

• Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
