The Fixplus Screw Caps are an essential component of the Fixplus® Screw Tile Levelling System, designed to deliver accurate spacing and a perfectly level tile finish across both wall and floor installations.
These reusable caps are used in combination with Fixplus® Twist Clips to apply controlled pressure across adjoining tiles, helping to eliminate slippage and maintain consistent alignment during installation. Suitable for creating 1.5mm and 2mm grout joints, they provide flexibility for different tiling specifications and design requirements.
Designed for tiles ranging from 3mm to 20mm thick, the system is highly versatile and ideal for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone applications. The open design of the cap allows the grout joint to remain visible during installation, ensuring precise alignment at all times.
Once the tile adhesive has fully cured, the caps can be easily removed and reused up to 50 times, making them a cost-effective solution for professional tilers and frequent users. When combined with Fixplus® Twist Clips, they deliver consistent, reliable results on every project.
